Non Duality is Simply Oneness

Non duality is a knowing beyond the mind. Non duality is the fundamental oneness of all there is.
All there is is ‘presence‘ from which all things arise; like a blank canvas before an artist begins to paint. This is presence. The clear open, boundless space in which anything and everything happens.
All things are part of this oneness. A grain of sand, a rose, the breeze on your face, the rain on the roof, all thoughts and feelings, every star and distant galaxy. All is existing in oneness. Life is the presence, the one source, the eternally real, the empty canvas on which anything and everything appears. Life is boundless, eternal, timeless and space-less. And we are life.
Everything Just Is
In non duality there is no-thing to name, no-thing to discover. It is simply a simplicity of beingness.
Just for this moment, try letting out a deep breath and not focusing on anything in the mind. Let go of every story in your mind…and just for a moment…listen to the sounds around you. What do you see, feel, smell right now? Relax from focusing on anything in particular. Just be aware of what this moment is. Relax and be with it. Everything is connected and everything flows through the source of this moment which is oneness. Nothing needs to be defined. Just be the awareness of the mystery of being.
Non duality is allowing everything to be.
Duality is focusing on things from a personal perspective.
Behind the noise and haste of our busy lives, our own personal story… life is. When we drop the story, even for a few seconds, we are back at one with the source of life. Freedom is this moment exactly as it is. Freedom is oneness.
You could say oneness is absolute love, universal consciousness, God, or what ever name you wish to give it. Ultimately…it is unnameable because it is absolutely everything without defining. It is already complete, already a wholeness and aliveness in which all things appear and happen.
Non duality is a mystery…but it’s a very beautiful mystery.
