In nonduality there is a knowing beyond the mind. The awareness of a formless fundamental oneness of all there is.

Nonduality is a perception that there is ‘presence‘ or ‘void’ from which all things manifest; like a blank canvas before an artist begins to paint. Presence is the clear, open, boundless space in which anything and everything happens.

All things are part of this nonduality state. A grain of sand, a rose, the breeze on your face, the rain on the roof, all thoughts and feelings, every star and distant galaxy. All is existing in nonduality presence. Life is presence, the one source, the eternally real, the empty canvas on which anything and everything appears. Life is boundless, eternal, timeless and space-less. And we are life.

Everything just Is

In nonduality there is no-thing to name, no-thing to discover. It is simply a simplicity of beingness.

Just for this moment, try letting out a deep breath and not focusing on anything in the mind. Let go of every story in your mind…and just for a moment…listen to the sounds around you. What do you see, feel, smell right now? Relax from focusing on anything in particular. Just be aware of what this moment is. Relax and be with it. Everything is connected and everything flows through the source of this moment which is oneness. Nothing needs to be defined. Just be the awareness to the mystery of being.

Behind the noise and haste of your busy life, beyond the distractions of your own personal story… life just is. When you drop your story, even for a just few seconds, you no longer see yourself as a separate being looking out at life, but rather, you are the universe. Everything is you. You and what is happening are the same thing. The universe is awareness. You are awareness. They are equal. When the veil of separation is lifted, the “I” of your ego is transcended. You are oneness that is life.

You could say nonduality or oneness is absolute unconditional love, universal consciousness, God, Utopia, Nirvana, or what ever else you wish to name it. Ultimately…it is unnameable because it is absolutely everything which cannot be measured or defined. Already life is complete. Already there exists wholeness and aliveness in which all things appear and happen.
